• Storage: Store folded flat lengthways when not in use, or use regularly to let the material naturally hold its shape.

• Australia & New Zealand: Free standard shipping on orders over $200
• International Shipping: $15 flat-rate standard shipping for all other global destinations.
• Delivery Window: Orders are processed and typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

International Taxes & Customs:

• Import Duties & Sales Tax: While we aim to cover duties where possible, some international orders may incur local import taxes, sales tax, or customs charges.
• Customer Responsibility: Any additional destination charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Returns & Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges that meet the following criteria:

• Timeframe: Requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all original tags attached and dust bags included.
• Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
• Sale Items: Final sale or heavily discounted items are non-returnable. Please refer to our full terms for details.
• Proof of Purchase: We only accept returns for items bought directly via www.murphandmurph.com.au. For items purchased through an authorized stockist, please contact them directly, subject to their store policies.
