Returns Policy - General
At murph&murph, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. All items are thoroughly checked for faults before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, or wish to return your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@murphandmurph.com.au.

We can only process returns for items purchased directly through our website: murphandmurph.com.au.

If you purchased your item through one of our stockists, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.
Change of Mind Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, email support@murphandmurph.com.au to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).

Include your RA# and a copy of your original receipt inside the return package and post to: murph&murph returns, Shop 2/111 Claremont Crescent, Swanbourne WA 6010 AUSTRALIA
Please note:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns due to change of mind. murph&murph does not cover these costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Return Shipping

Use a registered postal service when sending your return.

Email us the tracking number once your item has been posted.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return.
Refunds

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

If approved, a refund will be issued for the product price excluding original shipping costs and any international taxes covered by murp&murph.

Only items confirmed as faulty will have return shipping reimbursed.
We can only accept items purchased through our webshop murphandmurph.com.au.
If you purchased your item at one of our stockists, we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
International and European Orders
In the case of a change of mind for international returns, we must be notified and the item must be posted (via registered post) within fourteen days of receiving the order. The return shipping costs incurred will not be covered by murph&murph, so please check the cost of shipping to the aforementioned return address.
Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.
The product must be sent via a registered postal service. Please email us the tracking number. Once the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.
Arranging your return
After you have submitted a return request in our return's portal, you will receive a return email with instructions.
The returned item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. They must also be in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition the item will be returned to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
All goods are inspected on return, and you will be refunded accordingly. You will be refunded the cost of your purchase (minus the postage fee for international change of mind).
Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. -
Items Reduced by 30% or More:
No returns or exchanges are accepted for items discounted by 30% or more (unless deemed faulty under consumer law)

From time to time, murph&murph may offer a complimentary gift with eligible purchases as part of promotional events. By participating in any such promotion, you agree to the following terms:

Free gifts are available while supplies last and are limited to one gift per qualifying order.

The value and availability of the free gift may vary depending on the promotion and is subject to change or substitution without prior notice.
Returns Policy for Gift with Purchase

If you choose to return an item that included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

If the free gift is not returned, or is returned in a damaged or used condition, the retail value of the gift (as determined by murph&murph) will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Additional Terms

Free gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.

Promotional gifts are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

murph&murph reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time without notice.
