Returns

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@murphandmurph.com.au

In the case of a change of mind (Within Australia), we must be notified within 5 working days of receiving your purchase. We will then arrange to have the items picked up free of charge. 

We can only accept items purchased through our webshop murphandmurph.com.au.

If you purchased your item at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.

International Orders

In the case of a change of mind for international returns, we must be notified and the item must be posted (via registered post) within 7 working days. The shipping costs incurred will not be covered by murph&murph.

Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.

The product must be sent via a registered postal service. Please email us the tracking number.  Once the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.

Arranging your return

When you email info@murphandmurph.com.au you will receive a return authorisation number.  Please include this number plus a copy of your receipt in the package.

The returned item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.  Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. They must also be in their original packaging.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition the item will be returned to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

All goods are inspected on return and you will be refunded accordingly. You will be refunded the cost of your purchase (minus the postage fee for international change of mind).

Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.
